Personal data collected by Estudio Nomad and non-processing of sensitive personal data

This includes identifying, financial, and/or professional personal data provided by you directly or through any contact method and/or public online forum in connection with: (i) the services provided by Estudio Nomad, including advertising across all communication channels (hereinafter collectively the “Services”); and (ii) technical information regarding access to and/or use of the Services. Estudio Nomad does not collect or process sensitive personal data.

Primary purposes

Estudio Nomad will process your personal data to carry out any or all activities necessary to fulfill obligations arising from the contractual and/or commercial relationship for the provision of the Services, including billing and collection for advertising services.

Secondary purposes

Estudio Nomad will process your personal data for any or all secondary purposes, such as informing you about the launch of or changes to products, goods, services, promotions, and/or offers based on your interests; conducting consumer habit and market research; and other activities aimed at promoting, maintaining, improving, and evaluating the Services. If you do not wish Estudio Nomad to process your personal data for these secondary purposes, please email jorge@nomadestudio.com. You can change your choice at any time.

Transfers

To fulfill the necessary purposes described above or other purposes required by law or competent authorities, Estudio Nomad will transfer only the necessary data in legally permitted cases.

Means and procedure for exercising ARCO rights and/or withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data

You or your legal representative can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or objection, hereinafter ARCO RIGHTS, and withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data by emailing the Personal Data Department of Estudio Nomad at jorge@nomadestudio.com, where your request will be handled in a timely and appropriate manner.

Your request must be submitted using the Single Form for Exercising ARCO Rights, Withdrawing Consent, and/or Limiting the Use or Disclosure of Personal Data (hereinafter the “Form”), available at www.nomadestudio.com, which contains the information needed to process your request under applicable regulations. For the Personal Data Department of Estudio Nomad to follow up on your request, you or your legal representative must properly establish your identity by completing all required fields and attaching a copy of one of the valid official identification documents listed in the Form.

If the information provided in the Form is incorrect or insufficient, or the corresponding identity documents are not attached, the Personal Data Department of Estudio Nomad can request the necessary information or documents within five (5) business days after receiving the request. You will have ten (10) business days to respond, starting on the day after you receive that request. If you do not respond within that period, your request will be considered not submitted.

The Personal Data Department of Estudio Nomad will inform you of its decision within a maximum of twenty (20) business days from receipt of the request and, if applicable, implement it within fifteen (15) business days after communicating the response. The response will be sent electronically to the email address specified in the Form.

Options and means for limiting the use or disclosure of your personal data

You can limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending your request to the Personal Data Department of Estudio Nomad at jorge@nomadestudio.com. The identity verification requirements and the procedure for handling your request will follow the same criteria described in the previous section.
